Custom Medical Vocabularies
We have developed over twenty mediical specialty vocabularies. These are lists of individual medical terms as well as phrases that the physician or mediacal assistant uses to take patient histories or produce SOAP notes. The vocabularies are designed to produce text the way the user want the text to be printed or displayed as opposed to the way the user may say the words, for example you may say “T1 T2” but it will appear as T1-T2. There are literally hundreds of these terms in the vocabulary where the spoken words are different from the printed words. The more unique or technical the word terms are the better the recognition software will perform. We have techniques which we employ to achieve high accuracies - which we will guarantee. In addition, medical accronyms and medications are included in the vocabulary. When you contract with us, we train you how to add new medications and terms to the existing vocabulary to further enhance it.
